Service Desk Specialist (m/f/d) part-time

For our team located in the Munich area, we are looking for a Service Desk Specialist (m/f/d) for Windows/Linux/Macintos/Network.

Responsibilities:

Processing the incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
Resolving incidents and service requests in the first line of support for various areas (Windows, Linux, MAC OSX, Network, Telephony, Videoconferencing) depending on available expertise
Providing the user support in above mentoined areas
Preparing the technical documentation
Active cooperation with employees from other departments

Minimum qualifications:

Experience in a similar position
Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices (ITIL Foundation Certification desirable)
Following technical certifications would be desirable: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Apple Certified Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
English proficency of C1 according to the CEFR
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and accountability
Excellence team player
Willingness to expand existing and gain new knowledge
Valid work permit within EU countries
